Smart Trac: Instructor-Led, Hands-On (1 hr) Smart Trac is a Web-based application that MRMLS members can
use to improve the management of their real estate transaction. In order to create a new transaction in Smart Trac, members must either attend Classroom Training, Webinar Training or pass the Smart Trac Exam as part of our on-line curriculum. Training topics include how to create a file, add a to-do list, add participants, order services, upload and fax in documents, import online version of WINforms and more!
