Everyone needs to relax, even REALTORS®! Check out this monthly release of recreation activities and a photo gallery of events that undeniably demonstrate the opportunities to network, socialize and just have a good time with your peers, business associates, friends and family. Our RECREATION COMMITTEE is primarily comprised of our affiliate members. You may not realize this but they have been noticed accross the US for their dedication to making life fun and bringing a theme of fellowship and community involvement to our association.
POLITICAL ACTION CONNECTION
"GET INTO POLITICS, OR GET OUT OF BUSINESS" is the TIGAR theme for political action. If you don't believe that politics is part of your business, you are sadly mistaken. Make sure you read every inch of the monthly PAC Connection as we publish data on local issues, such as sign ordinances, business licensing requirements, changes at the city level that affect you directly, Senate Bills that will affect all property owners, and Federal legislation and case law to stay apprised of regulations that could cost you dearly if you violate them Things like the DO NOT CALL laws, DO NOT FAX laws, DOJ lawsuit against MLS providers, mortgage fraud, predatory lending, AQMD proposals, local transportation proposals, city actions, county board of supervisors changes and candidate races for political positions that can change our business.
