Lockbox Connection...

Have you ever rented a movie from a video store? Well, getting a lockbox from TIGAR is just like renting some of your favorite titles. Our lockboxes are leased, or rented, and once you are finished using the lockbox just simply return it to the TIGAR offices. IT IS THAT SIMPLE!

Lockboxe(s) are $4.00 a month for a minimum of three months. If you would like to renew your lockboxe(s) you can fill out a “Lockbox Renewal” form located under forms and documents located in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen. If you would like to cancel a certain lockbox rental agreement, please bring in the lockbox that is not being used into the TIGAR office.

TIGAR STEPS FOR LOCKBOX RENTAL:

1. Print out the Lockbox Rental Agreement.

2. Fill out the lockbox agreement and have it signed by your broker.

3. Come into the TIGAR office and rent out a lockbox.

4. Pay for Lockbox rental time. (Lockbox(s) are rented out by Calendar quarterly system).

5. Receive Lockbox receipt with shackle code and enjoy using the lockbox!

IrDA (InfraRed) communication has been used for many years in TV remote controls. Today this technology has advanced and is now prominent in cellular phones, laptop computers, printers and personal handheld computers. The addition of IrDA to electronic KeyBoxes provides an open architecture that permits the use of many types of PDA devices. The "point and transmit" function allows agents to securely open KeyBoxes without the key ever touching the box.

A networked version of the Supra SupraKey, the DisplayKey synchronizes showing activity to a virtual private network and receives back 24-hour agent updates and limited showing feedback. The DisplayKEY performs standard keybox operations and displays error messages and quantified notices on the screen!

Where does my key work?

Each Association has a certain code that gets programed into the key in order for the key to work properly. Below are a list of codes and association. Find the association that you will be visting and bring your key into us to get it programmed for that area. All The Inland Gateway Association Members already have the code CD38 programmed into their key, so all the associations with the code CD38 will atomatically work. All keys can hold up to four codes in its memory.
